Decide Today Without Losing weight Diet - 1. Why you do not have the body you want?

You may be a person who wants to lose weight, you've tried any diet or methods for doing this (sometimes successfully, sometimes not so much) but eventually, sooner or later, does not seem to be the right path for you ... for different reasons, both physical and emotional.

Lose weight and have the body I wanted, I always wanted, was a "mission impossible" for me too. There were times when I was down slightly or remained at the weight, but every time I looked at a photo of a few years ago and a current photo, I gained more God!!, And I swear that kept me on the weight.
