Decide Today Without Losing weight Diet - 1. Why you do not have the body you want?

You may be a person who wants to lose weight, you've tried any diet or methods for doing this (sometimes successfully, sometimes not so much) but eventually, sooner or later, does not seem to be the right path for you ... for different reasons, both physical and emotional.
Then comes the feeling of abandonment, guilt, heartbreak ... and you think it may not be for you that being thin / or perhaps never can have the body you want, maybe it's something I had to live or maybe you see it as a caused by something you did and bring that feeling of guilt and frustration with you, an unconscious ...
Nothing could be further from the truth! I fully understand what happens to you, because I too was happening until recently. Lose weight and have the body I wanted, I always wanted, was a "mission impossible" for me too. There were times when I was down slightly or remained at the weight, but every time I looked at a photo of a few years ago and a current photo, I gained more God!!, And I swear that kept me on the weight. Or every time I went to buy clothes, which becomes a difficult issue, because we like everything, everything is nice but nothing we have and when we finally found some size, we do not have, or simply we have to settle for the we only pants hill and subsequent frustration intensified surely you know.
If we know what we have to do to lose weight ... why we find it so difficult? Why can not we feel good, happy, happy in the process?
First thing to accomplish my process was to decide that I really wanted to be thin! Make the decision and was sure that above all this time do it right, and do the right thing is just go with your inner self and to find we have the PNL.
When I learned techniques and management-improvement and mind programming (NLP), I discovered the real reason which could not lose weight at a steady and constant, and enjoy my new eating habits, exercise and healthy living. And, knowing the cause, I was able to get her out of my life, to get what they always wanted: lose weight without frustrations, no diets, no drugs and enjoying the process, and once reached the desired weight, stay in that range without effort.
When people I saw changes in my size, and my habits, I automatically called the "magic formula" that had allowed me to lose weight fast without dieting. And there began the experiment, seeing how I could convey to others what I had done, and also how to help them obtain the same result.
After a while, with more and more success stories from a few kilos to many, I can say that my weight loss method is not only effective, but also easy, fun and beneficial even for the personality of the processor. When you use it, you will see that others will tell you to your personality has changed, you're different ...
This same method worked for me, and for many people, I have absolute certainty that work for you, allowing you to lose weight to achieve the body that you always wanted.
