How to Exercise in the Weekend to Lose Fat Fast

Weekends are a few days to enjoy, either with friends or relatives. However this does not mean we deactivates or catch us a break of our goals to lose fat or lose weight. Remember, to achieve your goals you must be active even in the weekend.

Most gyms are closed on Sundays and that should not be an excuse for not exercising. Nor does not have time and you'll see why.


To not take much time, here is a circuit with exercises you can do at home. You should take only about 10 to 30 minutes. Depending on how many times you repeat the following circuit.

Complete these exercises as a circuit:

Squat using only your body weight x 20 reps
Rest 30 seconds

Jumping Jacks x 40 repetitions
Rest 30 seconds

Plank x 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Leg Curl with Ball Switzerland x 15 reps
Rest 30 seconds

Pushup x 12 reps
Rest 30 seconds

Side Plank x 20 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Lateral Lunge x 15 reps
Rest of 1 to 2 minutes

Repeat 4 times

Rest of 1 to 2 minutes before repeating the circuit. You should take 7 to 8 minutes to complete the circuit. If you need more time off can take up to 1 ½ minutes between each exercise and up to 3 minutes between each circuit.

Yeah, that's all you have to do at the weekend. If you like what you may repeat during the week if you can not go to the gym and need to do something fast.
