Is it Good to Lose much Weight in a Short Time?

Before the question can be stated without equivocation that it is not good to lose much weight in a short time. Although from many instances, especially advertising, is trying to convince us that you can lose a lot of weight in a short time without affecting our body, that is not true.
Measures to lose weight fast that can affect us in ways counterproductive to our body are eating little, excessive dieting, physical activity constant or various types of drugs. Keep in mind that our body has the need to adapt to the loss of weight in the process our body is affected by less energy or fatigue, so that weight loss has to be progressive.

Another effect of rapid weight loss is that our body is dehydrated or even may develop eating disorders like bulimia can be anorexia if we embark on a wild diet. On the other hand another of the ill effects of rapid weight loss is aesthetic, as our skin will be disconnected and fall.

Even at the deepest levels Rapid weight loss can cause weakening us in our bones and muscles, although this type of problem occurs in the process of truly wild waste of time in which the deadlines for the loss of time is practically impossible.

The best way to lose weight is to combine diet with exercise and lose weight in a timeframe compatible with health, not losing a week over a kilogram. Thus avoid problems associated with rapid weight loss as they can be dehydration, fatigue or aesthetic problems that may have become chronic.
