# 2 - Throw the soda and junk food
It seems pretty obvious, but many people seem to think that if you do enough training, you can still get junk food and other garbage in your body and burn fat fast. It does not work well. Why waste all the effort of burning calories to keep your bad habits?Instead, drink plenty of water and limited to a small portion of your favorite food once a week. In this way, you will get a reward for all the hard work you did to lose weight, so you'll remain on the path to losing fat fast!
# 3 - Failure to Plan - Plan to fail
