Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

A study by Harvard University, diabetes is more common among people who skip breakfast than among those who do.

This is because the body loses its ability to respond to insulin, a hormone directly related to diabetes, to spend too many hours without food.

It is ideally in the morning between 7 and 9 hours-when the body assimilates food better. It is at these times when the stomach meridian has more energy. So skip this meal is detrimental to overall health.

If your intention is to lose weight, many diets reveal that breakfast is an integral part of a weight loss program, and strenuous exercise is contraindicated if adequate food is eaten.

So it's important to eat breakfast, but not only that, it also has to be a full breakfast, nutritious and take care our body.
